Do you have to have the Lich King to get from level 375-450 in all of the professions?

You will need to purchase the 'Wrath of the Lich King' expansion to raise your proffesions to the 375-450 range. The only places to increase your profesions would be in the 68+ locations in Northrend or in Dalaran. These places are only avilable when you have the 'Wrath of the Lich King' expansion so you would need the expansion to get there.
