Lord of the Rings Online Riders of Rohan Expansion to be Released in Autumn

The last we heard of a Lord of the Rings Online update was back in March when the Shores of the Great River LOTRO update went live . Today, an entirely new expansion is coming to Lord of the Rings Online as publisher of the insanely popular Lord of the Rings MMORPG, Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment and the game's developer Turbine have announced the 'Riders of Rohan' expansion pack, set to bring more fun and more questing to the game.
Ready for launch in Autumn 2012, the Riders of Rohan Lord of the Rings Online update is "[the] biggest [LOTRO] expansion yet" from the development team, says Kate Paiz, Executive Producer of The Lord of the Rings Online, Turbine. Paiz also continues to say "WeÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂre introducing the largest area weÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂve ever built and a combat system unlike anything that has been built before in MMOs", very promising for what this new Lord of the Rings Online update will hold for players.

- Explore Largest Landscape Yet! -- Nearly three times as large as Moria! Join with the Rohirrim and ride across the sprawling Eastern Plains of Rohan. - Advance to Level 85 -- Learn what it means to be Rohirrim as you face new challenges throughout the Riddermark on your journey to level 85. Continue your legend as you grow in power with new skills and deeds and earn new armor and gear to aid you in the battles to come.
