Runescape to Dole Out Prizes in Mad May Event

RuneScape has had a busy schedule over the past few weeks, with March playing host to the Runescape bonus XP weekend and early April ushering in the RuneScape 'beginner's experience' .

May is only going be even more hectic for the world's most popular free to play MMO, as the RuneScape team have just announced the 'Mad May' event.

Actually starting today, in the last stretch of April, and running through until the end of May, RuneScape's Mad May event will be dishing out handfuls of prizes to all RuneScape players old and new.

These goodies include ;

-Bonus Squeal of Fortune (prizewheel) spins
-5,000 Loyalty Points to players who remain a member through till the end of May (these can be spent on things such as "new costumes, titles of nobility, exclusive emotes and perhaps most exciting of all, an arsenal of gameplay-enhancing auras")
-Eligible RuneScape players who stay members for May's entirety will receive "[one] quarter of a million bonus XP on the 1st June"

Also included in the Mad May RuneScape event are several Wild Weekends.
What these Wild Weekends have to offer us is still a mystery, though we'll provide you with more info here on MMOFan.com as soon as we get it.
