Gaikai Launches Facebook App, Provides Access to Console-Quality Gam..

Gaikai is the quality gaming service that allowsyou to stream games via the Internet (also known as 'the cloud'). Facebook is the insanely popular website that lets you keep up to date on lovers' tiffs of people you've hated since high school.

Unusual, for some then, to hear that the former are now launching a Facebook app, giving us yet another thing to be distracted by on the site.

Gaikai are already very successful, their service is just as popular with gamers as Facebook is to just about everyone on the Internet, so users who want to get involved with this are most definitely in good hands.

Whilst in beta, users of the Facebook version of Gaikai will be subject to a bevy of entertaining triple-A titles that have already had success in the greater console market (on PS3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC).
