Sidescrolling MMORPG Dungeon Blitz Now Available

Tedious and inaccessible gameplay is one of the most common reasons that causes a lot of MMORPGs to fall on their online, adventuring rumps. No one knows this better than Blue Mammoth Games, a game developer founded with MMO expertise from the likes of some of the creative minds from behind the massive gaming hits City of Heroes, Star Trek Online and Global Agenda.

Blue Mammoth Games' latest project, Dungeon Blitz, takes all of the things that MMORPG players hate (boring gameplay, frustrating complex menus, time consuming level grinding) and throws them in the bin, to create a side-scrolling gem of a game that allows you to open your browser and "jump into the action and play a full game session in as little as 10 minutes". Set at the crossroads between the "mundane Human World" and the "mystical Sleeping Lands", this is a fantasy MMORPG that you will probably like to get involved with.

Point and click controls are at the helm, emphasising the game's ability to be fun and easy to get into, with combining abilities from the available Rogue, Mage and Paladin classes as well as attack dodging just two of the skills that you'll have access to.

You can play Dungeon Blitz solo but Blue Mammoth Games say that "Dungeon Blitz really shines when friends gather to party" so you'll want to round up your buddies before you embark on your quest of combat, looting and crafting.
