Gaijin Entertainment have just announced that their upcoming title, War Thunder : World of Planes will include planes of the USSR, the pesky aircraft that were a thorn in Germany's side during World War 2.
There are 2 separate tech tree branches that the new planes will fit into - one branch of planes for players who are more interested in the nitty gritty air dog fights (such as the Yak-1) and another branch that is for players more interested in a slightly stealthier approach, including attackers and bombers (e.g the Po-2 Frontline Bomber)
The World War 2 based MMO is in a closed beta at the time of posting but it is set to let us take to the skies and blow each other's planes to smithereens when it's released later this year.
